22nd November

Today hasn't been too bad,
the Pallants were back from Brazil, + it was nice to see them... i think they were back for james's birthday...
then I went to see New Moon.
and here i am going to be CONTROVERSIAL and say it was *insert word that means poo here*.
like, seriously awful. like, the only film of the decade that's been worse than it was meet the fockers, and you just can't get worse than that.
and what was really awful was the cult of little girls sitting there who screamed every time they saw robert pattinson. i don't get how it got such a huge cult following, and it's quite sad really, because stephenie meyer's writing talent dissolved with fame; there are fanfictions that were better than breaking dawn.
so let's count off what's been killed by this whole pallava:
1) firstly, Twilight itself, which was bloody amazing before everybody started whinging about it.
2) paramore. oh my goodness, a band can be killed for you when all you hear is 12-year-olds going on about how good they are and how they want to be hayley williams (her hair, however, will never be killed, until it is no longer ORANGE)
3) robert pattinson. he was quite a good actor when he was still cedric diggory and didn't have a poster of himself in every 12-year-old girl's room which they snogged every night :/
4) stephenie meyer's writing. now she just writes to please everybody. i somehow guess that it wasn't all going to end in that rather pathetic manner when she didn't have all those followers.
5) kind of muse, who really would have been killed if they weren't so good. because you just can't kill muse.

my opinion?
she should have left it at eclipse, which would have been a perfectly acceptable ending to the story.
and when you see a wavering image of robert pattinson, you kind of start to expect it to start saying "harry, take my body back to my father..."
ugh. rant over.
(the host is still good though, tbh :P)
Oh, and i've decided i'm not going to go to the fancy dress party at switch as lois lane with alex as superman, as i originally intended. i am going to go as lara croft, so he doesn't have to save me, and i don't have to kiss him when he does..

hair colour...

i can't decide...
will i get away with the purple-y-brown-y colour at school?
it isn't that bright but you can never tell with you-know-who and i don't want to have to dye it some dull colour over it...
i just really cbf to wait until the holidays...
i could dye it on my birthday... cause thats soon... and then i'd look "cool" for the albert hall. which is just not cool. but that's a WHOLE other story and not one to rant about right now, because i am deliberating.
my hair is just so DULL right now, i actually have an addiction to hair dye :|
and if the purple clashes with my uniform, i'm screwed, because it doesn't come out quickly... and then it goes red.
i shall go consult my mother. because she is useful for things like that.
today was nice. i just thought i'd say that again, because it made me happy, and i have a cute brother and two cute cousins and a whole lot of other family who are not cute but are very nice anyway.

Today I went to pizza express by the globe for my nana's birthday, and froze to death because they had the central heating on full pelt, which seemed rather odd to me because outside there was COLD NOVEMBER RAIN......
*has guns n' roses moment*
anyway, it was good pizza and good to see the family and go on a carousel and try to look like i was just there with two small children, when in actual fact i rather like carousels. because i'm cool like that :|
hurm, and the waitressing wasn't too bad... a little stressful as ALL THE COFFEE DISAPPEARED but not too bad because THE TEA WAS STILL ALL THERE.
Oh, and I forgot to say yesterday, I am über happy because we got muse tickets for next september. yay (:
and tomorrow i might even get to go take the piss out of new moon... YEAH BABY!
(you will, rather soon, get a Twilight rant... because i HATE it.)

Greetings...

hello... this would appear to be my first blog. I'm kind of branching out with the whole "blogging" thing, first I got Twitter and now i'm cool enough to get this blog... thing.

day hasn't been too bad. i'm glad the st cecelia's day concert is over, it went better than i expected though tbh. i got a green hand from my euphonium though... it looked kind of mank. but it made me awesome and individual :.Itwas mufti day for children in need today, awesomeness of awesomes. Jess came in in a Russian hat, looking rather hardcore XD

and we all took our cameras, just because we were wearing our own clothes. lucy observed that if we still wore whatever the hell we wanted for 6th form, when we got there it would be rather insane.

ugh.

i now have to get ready to go out, again. it's like make a film night or something like that. not sure what it's gonna be like, but whey.

i'm going waitressing tomorrow for a women's breakfast. joy of joys. though at least i get pizza in the afternoon.
